NEW MEMBER INFORMATION
CHAPTER AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
New members will be contacted via phone by one of the Chapter ambassadors. The ambassador will be the primary source for new member questions as you become familiar at the various Chapter functions. They will also inform you of upcoming events and encourage you to attend the next monthly Chapter meeting.
CHAPTER MEETING
You must be a current National H.O.G. member to become a Local Chapter member. This meeting is open to all Chapter members & guests.
When: Third Wednesday of each month
Time: 7:00 pm (usually ends around 8:00 pm)
Location: House of Harley Davidson, 6221 W. Layton Ave., Greenfield, WI
Typical Agenda:
Refreshments available for all attendees beginning around 6:30 pm

Reports from Officers (Safety, Activities, Membership, LOH, etc.)

Upcoming event sign-up and ticket sales
Volunteer sign-up opportunities
Chapter Patch/Name Plate/Pin Sales
Purchase ability in all dealership departments during the meeting (till 8 pm)
50/50 ticket sales (50/50 is a raffle: half of the proceeds are put into the Chapter account and the other half is raffled back to the participants awarding 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place cash prizes.)

CHAPTER NEWSLETTER
Newsletter is sent to “current” members who do not have an e-mail address on file with the Chapter. If you have an e-mail address on file you are expected to log onto the Chapter Website and print off a copy of the newsletter.

LADIES OF HARLEY (LOH) MEETING
LOH is open to all female Chapter members, whether you ride or if you’re just a passenger.
When: Second Wednesday of each month
Time: 7:00 pm (usually ends around 8:00 pm)
Location: Spring Garden Café, 17th & Layton Ave, Milwaukee, WI

ROAD CAPTAIN MEETING (For Road Captains Only)
Road captains insure safety/traffic control during Chapter rides and can be identified by the “red epaulet” worn on their right shoulder.

CHAPTER RIDES
Details for each ride are announced at the various Chapter meetings and on the Chapter’s Activity Calendar. Review Chapter’s: Ride Policy, Group Staging, and message from the Safety Officer given in the New Member Folder.
When: (April through October) Various dates throughout the riding season
Time: Varies according to destination
Location: Most rides leave from the House of Harley unless otherwise communicated.

Bike Blessing (TBA)
Group Riding Seminar, Classroom and Riding
This ride is designed for getting comfortable with riding in large groups.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
The Volunteer Program was created to encourage volunteerism earning points within the Chapter events. Members with enough points are invited to an annual Volunteer Appreciation Banquet. See the Volunteer Coordinator for more information.
